All orders are fulfilled exclusively through Australia Post Express. No alternative carriers or untracked shipping options are available.

Transit times are generally 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Major east-coast metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) typically receive orders the next business day. Deliveries to WA, SA, TAS, NT, and rural or regional addresses may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the dispatch date and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post volumes.

Orders placed and paid before 12pm AEST on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next available business day — weekend orders ship first thing Monday morning.

Dispatch is initiated once payment is fully cleared. Credit card and digital wallet payments clear instantly. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments may add approximately one business day before dispatch begins.

All orders are packed using professional, laboratory-appropriate packaging materials designed to maintain product integrity throughout transit. Packaging is discreet and does not reference product contents on the exterior.

Where products require temperature-controlled handling, appropriate protective measures are applied during packing. Express dispatch is used across all orders to minimise time in transit.

We ship to all Australian states and territories. The following are estimated transit times from our dispatch facility via Australia Post Express (metro/CBD figures — regional addresses within each state typically run 1–2 days longer):

International shipping is not currently available. All deliveries are within Australia only.

Items that are listed as pre-order are clearly marked on the product page and typically ship within 1–2 weeks from the order date.

If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the complete order will be held and dispatched together once all items are available.

A tracking number is assigned to every order dispatched via Australia Post Express. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has left our facility.

You can monitor your parcel's progress directly on the Australia Post tracking page using your tracking number.

At checkout you may select from two delivery handling options:

Signature on Delivery can be added at checkout for a small fee of $4.95. Orders totalling over $350 include Signature on Delivery automatically at no extra charge. This service requires the carrier to obtain a signature from a person at the delivery address before releasing the parcel.

Why choose Signature on Delivery?

• Confirms your parcel was physically received by a person at your address
• Prevents the carrier from leaving parcels unattended at the door
• Provides the strongest protection against lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels

What if no one is home?

If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier will leave a notification card at your address. Your parcel will be held at the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection. You can collect it at your convenience using your tracking number and a valid form of ID.

If your parcel has not arrived or you believe it may be missing, please review the relevant scenario below:

If you selected Authority to Leave (default): You accepted responsibility for the parcel once it was delivered to your address. Please check around your property, with neighbours, and in any common areas or safe spots. Just Peptides is not liable for parcels left unattended under an ATL authorisation.

If you selected Signature on Delivery: Check your tracking record for a signature entry. If no valid signature was obtained, please contact us and we will lodge a formal investigation with Australia Post. We will work with you toward a resolution if the carrier confirms a fault.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period and the parcel does not show as delivered, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. If Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost, store credit equal to the order value will be applied to your Just Peptides account.

How to report a missing parcel

1. Email us within 14 days

   Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date.

2. Include your details

   Provide your order number, tracking number, a description of the issue, your delivery preference at checkout, and any tracking screenshots if available.

3. Investigation period

   Allow up to 5 business days for our team to investigate with Australia Post and respond with an outcome.

All delivery timeframes published by Just Peptides are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, peak shipping periods, or any other circumstances outside our direct control.

If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please check the Australia Post tracking portal first, then contact us if the issue is unresolved.

If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or that has been incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged or incorrect order:

• Email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Include your order number in the subject line
• Attach clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
• Await our team's assessment and further instructions

Where a claim is verified with the required photographic evidence, store credit equal to the affected product value will be applied to your Just Peptides account.

If you need to update the shipping address on an order that has not yet been dispatched, log in to your account and navigate to Account → Orders → Edit address. Address changes can be made while your order status shows Pending Payment, Awaiting Stock, or Awaiting Shipping. Once an order is marked Shipped, the address is locked and cannot be modified.

In the unlikely event that a data-entry error on our part results in your order being dispatched to an incorrect address, please contact us within 48 hours of dispatch. We will investigate and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or store credit under any circumstances:

• Products that have been opened, used, or physically altered
• Products with broken, removed, or tampered seals
• Orders reported after the 48-hour window without a valid reason
• Orders affected by customer error, misuse, or improper storage
• Change-of-mind purchases

All products supplied by Just Peptides are research materials intended solely for qualified laboratory and scientific use. We cannot accept returns or provide replacements for issues arising from improper handling, storage outside recommended conditions, or use beyond the intended research application.
