In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Just Peptides", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Just Peptides (ABN: [ABN Number]), the owner and operator of this website.
• "Site" refers to the website located at just-peptides.com and all associated pages and subdomains.
• "Products" refers to the research peptides, compounds, and ancillary items listed for sale on the Site.
• "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Site, creates an account, or places an order.
• "Order" refers to a purchase request submitted by a Customer through the Site checkout.

By accessing the Site, browsing product listings, creating an account, or submitting an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately and do not place any orders. Just Peptides reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All products supplied by Just Peptides are sold exclusively for qualified laboratory research and scientific purposes. By purchasing from Just Peptides, you acknowledge and warrant that:

• Products are not for human or animal consumption in any form
• Products are not medicines, nutritional supplements, or therapeutic goods
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional with appropriate training, knowledge, and facilities
• Products will be used solely for legitimate scientific or research purposes
• You will store, handle, and use products in compliance with applicable safety standards and all relevant regulations
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction

Just Peptides accepts no liability whatsoever for any harm, injury, or adverse consequence arising from any use of our products outside of their intended laboratory research application.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, purity figures, and images published on the Site are accurate at the time of publication. However, Just Peptides does not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free from error.

Products are supplied strictly for research purposes and should be independently verified for suitability within your specific research application before use. Just Peptides reserves the right to correct any errors, update product details, or withdraw listings from sale at any time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Just Peptides reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order may be cancelled before dispatch if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

Just Peptides accepts multiple payment methods including credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency, as presented at checkout. All payments must be fully cleared before an order is dispatched.

Payment instructions and the required cryptocurrency amount are provided at checkout. Orders are confirmed only once a valid Transaction ID (TXID) has been submitted and verified on the blockchain. Orders not paid within the specified payment window may be cancelled automatically.

Just Peptides does not provide custodial services, hold customer funds, or offer payment guarantees for cryptocurrency transactions.

Card payments are processed instantly through a third-party payment processor. Just Peptides does not store or handle card details directly. All card processing is handled by our payment gateway in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

A minimum order value of $30.00 AUD applies to all orders. This minimum is calculated on the product subtotal before shipping. Orders below this threshold cannot be submitted through the checkout.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express only. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Just Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Full dispatch schedules, delivery areas, and packaging details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Risk in the products passes to the Customer upon dispatch from our facility. Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, Just Peptides is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, subject to the exceptions set out below and in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

At checkout, customers may choose between two delivery handling options:

• Authority to Leave (default): The carrier is authorised to leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature. This is the default setting unless Signature on Delivery is added at checkout.
• Signature on Delivery (optional add-on): The carrier must obtain a signature before releasing the parcel. If no one is home, the parcel is carded and held at the nearest post office.

Customers may opt to add Signature on Delivery at checkout for an additional fee of $4.95 AUD. This fee is waived on orders over $350.00 AUD. When selected, the carrier will require a signature from the recipient (or an authorised person at the delivery address) before releasing the parcel.

• Signature on Delivery provides proof that the parcel was received by a person at the delivery address
• Just Peptides strongly recommends this option for customers concerned about parcel security or theft
• If Signature on Delivery was not selected and the parcel is marked as delivered, Just Peptides is not obligated to investigate or provide a replacement

The following policy applies when a parcel is reported as lost or missing after dispatch:

Due to the nature of research materials and the requirements of our payment processing agreements:

• Parcels marked as delivered are not eligible for refund or replacement (see Section 7.3 for the lost parcel policy)
• Claims for parcels lost in transit must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date
• Change-of-mind, opened, altered, or incorrectly ordered products are non-returnable under any circumstances

If a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Any resolution is assessed at Just Peptides' sole discretion and is typically issued as store credit. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Where Just Peptides elects to issue a resolution, this will typically be provided as store credit linked to the email address used at checkout. The following conditions apply:

• Store credit is issued only after a claim has been assessed and approved by our team
• Store credit is applied to the customer's account and can be used on future orders when signed in with the same email address
• Store credit is applied automatically at checkout (when signed in) up to the order subtotal — it cannot be redeemed for cash
• Store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise required by applicable law
• If an order is subsequently cancelled or refunded for any reason, any issued or applied store credit may be adjusted to reflect the correct balance

All products are supplied "as is" for research purposes only. Just Peptides makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular research application or purpose beyond its stated specification. Customers assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products in accordance with applicable safety and legal requirements.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, therapeutic, scientific, or dosing advice. Just Peptides is not a medical or pharmaceutical company and does not provide administration protocols or guidance. Any such enquiries submitted to us will not be answered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our products
• Any inaccuracy in product descriptions, specifications, or purity data
• Any delay, loss, or damage in transit caused by third-party carriers
• Any use of products outside their stated research application

In all cases, Just Peptides' total liability to you for any claim arising from an Order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

All content published on the Site — including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Just Peptides and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial reference is permitted provided the content is not altered and appropriate attribution is maintained.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Just Peptides operates in accordance with applicable Australian regulations and makes no representations regarding the legality of products in jurisdictions outside Australia.

By placing an order, you warrant that your purchase and use of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you will comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected, including your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Just Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to an order, delivery, or product, the following process applies before any escalation is considered:

  Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (photos, tracking screenshots). This must be done within 14 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.

• Investigation Period

  Just Peptides will review the complaint and any relevant carrier data within 5 business days. If further information is required from you, we will be in touch.

• Outcome

  We will communicate the outcome to you in writing. Any resolution — including store credit, account adjustment, or replacement — is provided at Just Peptides' sole discretion and in accordance with these Terms.

• Escalation

  If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing. Just Peptides will conduct a final review within 10 business days. All decisions made after this review are final.
